Information we collect and why When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, enquiry type and message. We use these details to respond, discuss requested services and manage related correspondence. Required fields are marked; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or another person’s confidential information. Enquiries are stored in a restricted administrator inbox. Automatic email notifications are currently off. We may respond separately using our email account. Submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in a course or authorize a purchase. Hosting and technical information The website uses OpenAI Sites. Our implementation uses Cloudflare-backed storage and Google Fonts. Hosting, security, sign-in and font services may process technical information such as network addresses and request data. The website also uses hashed identifiers and submission counts to limit form abuse. Expired rate-limit entries are cleared when a subsequent eligible submission is processed; they are not deleted on a fixed schedule. No advertising or analytics tracking code has been added by us; this does not mean hosting providers collect no technical information. The public website can be read without signing in. Administrator sign-in uses ChatGPT. The website receives an account identifier and email address to determine access. Content drafts and uploaded images are stored separately from enquiry records. Service providers may process information outside Grenada. Our hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites; this notice does not promise storage in a particular country. Provider privacy information is available at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Google services, including Fonts and our current Gmail correspondence, are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. These provider notices supplement, rather than replace, this notice. Retention Janis V. Lessey is responsible for a monthly review of enquiry records and related email correspondence. Records whose last contact was at least 12 months ago will be deleted unless an ongoing engagement or legal obligation requires continued retention. Any retention exception will have a recorded reason and next review date. A brief review log will be kept without copying deleted personal information. Review and deletion are manual. Deleting a website inbox record does not automatically delete related emails, exported copies or service-provider backups and logs; those require separate handling or follow the provider’s applicable retention arrangements. Your requests You may contact janislessey@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or to raise a concern. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any applicable reason for retaining information or declining a request. This notice does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
